These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ok baze and any user of this platform ("Member" or "you"). By creating an account on ok baze or using any of its services, you fully accept these Terms.

2.1 Self-Exclusion

If a member feels that their gaming behaviour is becoming harmful, they may request a temporary suspension of their account. This can be done by following the Responsible Gaming guidelines.

Each member must create a personal account to use ok baze services. The following information is required during registration:

• Mobile number (active Bangladeshi number)
• Date of birth
• A strong password

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, ok baze reserves the right to cancel all such accounts and forfeit any balances.

3.2 Account Security

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. If this information is shared with any third party and loss results from that, ok baze will not bear any responsibility. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.

ok baze will never ask for your password or OTP via email or chat. If you receive such a message, treat it as fraudulent.

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on ok baze:

4.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.)
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used
• Deposits via third parties are not accepted

4.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000

• Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete
• Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be delayed

4.3 Verification Process (KYC)

ok baze reserves the right to verify members' identities to ensure secure transactions. This process may require submitting a photo of a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

ok baze offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own conditions, but some general rules apply across the board:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotions

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed once (unless the offer's terms state otherwise)
• Once a bonus is claimed, it cannot be withdrawn as cash — the specified wagering requirements must be met first
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time
• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account cancellation

6.1 Technical Errors

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds offered on sports betting are subject to change at any time. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed will be considered final. For in-play betting, odds may change between the time a bet is placed and when it is recorded on your account due to network delays.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount may be refunded in accordance with ok baze policy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ok baze platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Placing artificial or coordinated bets with the intent of exploiting bonus offers
• Using any software bots or automated tools on the platform
• Attempting to access another person's account without permission
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Attempting to bypass any security measures on the platform
• Opening or operating an account using false information
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other members

If any of the above activities are detected, ok baze reserves the full right to cancel the account without notice and forfeit any balance.

• If the Terms and Conditions are violated
• If the information provided is found to be false or misleading
• If the member does not cooperate with the KYC verification process
• If evidence of cheating or dishonest conduct is found
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)

8.1 After Account Cancellation

If the reason for account cancellation is not a rule violation, any applicable balance will be returned after verification is completed. However, in cases of cheating or dishonest conduct, the balance may be forfeited.

Any objections regarding account cancellation may be raised through the support channel, and ok baze will review them.
